Add project page link and pipeline tag

Hi! I'm Niels from the community team at Hugging Face.

This PR improves the model card by:

Adding the pipeline_tag: other to the metadata for better discoverability.
Adding a link to the official project page.
Fixing a small typo in the main header ("as" changed to "via" to match the paper title).
